Description

Chromostatin-20 corresponding to the first 20 N-terminal amino acids of bovine chromogranin A that produces a dose-dependent inhibition of catecholamine secretion from cultured chromaffin cells in the range of 10-9 to 10-6 M (ID50 approx. 5nM). It also modulates endocrine of catecholamine-associated response.
