Description
One area of focus in peptides for delivery of macromolecular cargo into cells has been on highly cationic cell-penetrating peptides (CPPs) like for example the TAT sequence from HIV-1. In a recent flow cytometry screening assay, INF7TAT-A5K peptide was determined to have the highest activity: 68% knockout as compared with 99% knockout when using an electroporation protocol optimized for RNP delivery in T cells.
